Instructions for exporting the .tw4 file below:

  • Put a USB Flash Drive into one of the slots on the controller that was operating the tool.

  • Navigate in the user interface software from HOME to ADVANCED to EXPORT CONTROLLER.

  • Change Number of Results from 500 (default) to 250 to keep the file size smaller and then click the green check mark.

  • Once the file completes transfer to the USB Flash Drive, remove the drive and insert into PC then upload the file to us using the form below:
