AIMCO Repair Estimates are valid for a period of thirty (30) days.

Additional parts and services may be required.

Prices will not exceed the quoted cost without prior approval.

If the tool is to be sent back unrepaired, there will be an inspection fee charged (1/2 hour labor) and the tool will be returned disassembled.

A PO for the 1/2 hour labor charge will be required before we send the tool back unrepaired.

Tools to be scrapped, will be scrapped at our location and there is no fee for scrapping quoted tools at our location.

Tools that have been quoted and no further instructions provided by the customer on how to proceed

after a period of 6 months will be subject to being scrapped at our location or returned unrepaired.

If the tool is to be repaired, and a collect number is being used for shipping, please indicate on the PO if insurance

is desired for the repaired tool and indicate if insurance is to cover the repair cost of the tool or the replacement cost of the tool.

If no indication of insurance is stated on the PO, we will not use insurance on shipping.

AIMCO Shipping Policy

If a collect number is being used, once the tool leaves our building it is no longer AIMCO's product,

and the bearer of the collect number is the responsible party for any shipping claims.

When ADD is used for shipping and not a collect number, AIMCO is responsible for any shipping claims.
